I discovered that weekends and weight loss don't exactly match up. ummm... wine. cupcakes. The story of my weekend was a bit overindulgent. I did do one good thing for my body though - I tried to go running over at Antrim Park with Jonathan on Sunday, but it was the first time I'd run in, oh, a few years. so I barely made it to the halfway point of the 1.3 mile loop. Jonathan tried his best to get me to push myself and get all the way around, and I did try. I just didn't succeed this time. On our way back home, he said our goal is to get me all the way around once without stopping to walk. Ok, I can handle that goal. He also asked me whether it's my heart/lungs or if it's my legs that prevent me from getting all the way around? Honestly, I wasn't sure how to answer that because I've never really paid much attention. I suppose it could be a combination of both but who knows? Maybe I'll pay more attention next time. I had some good music on the iPod for the run though. A little bit of
Chromeo (my current musical obsession!), Somebody Told Me from the Killers, a little Madonna from Confessions, and some other stuff I can't remember off the top of my head.
So here is a picture that is sort of inspiring for me right now:

So what do you think? Pretty? I got it from the Knot.
